Can we cancel the Retainer?
Yes. It bills monthly and you can cancel any month from your billing page. Your projects and the CIO's memory stay in your account.

Is our data safe?
Your data lives in your own account. Systematiq runs on Anthropic's Claude through the API, which doesn't train on customer data. We don't sell or share it.
