We wrote these terms to be understood. If anything isn't clear, write to us and we'll explain it in plain language.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Systematiq, the AI-powered innovation management platform available at systematiq.app. Systematiq is operated by Systematiq in Laredo, Texas.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you use Systematiq on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Systematiq works as an AI Chief Innovation Officer for small and mid-sized businesses. The platform assesses your company's innovation readiness, generates project recommendations, builds sprint plans with milestones, and tracks execution over time.
The AI features run on large language models and produce recommendations based on the information you provide. We update and improve the service continuously, which means features may change, evolve, or be retired.
You need an account to use Systematiq. When you create one, you agree to:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. We never store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own security standards.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You own your data. Everything you enter into Systematiq, including your company profile, assessment responses, and project data, remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.
We own the platform: the software, design, brand, methodology content, and everything else that makes Systematiq run. These terms don't transfer any of that to you.
AI outputs generated for your company, such as recommendations and sprint plans, are yours to use in your business.
Systematiq's recommendations are advisory. They don't constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. AI models can produce output that's inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
You're responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding what to act on. We don't guarantee any business outcome, revenue result, or innovation success from following the platform's suggestions. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.
We provide the service "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systematiq won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@systematiq.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, and we'll give you reasonable notice unless the breach is severe or notice isn't practical. After termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Webb County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Systematiq after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, email us at hello@systematiq.app. We respond within one business day.
